BILLING QUESTIONS

A large portion of your yearly membership cost can be funded through your Health Savings Account. We do not bill insurance. There are no additional fees charged for sick visits or procedures. We do charge our cost if a patient would need IV fluids or B12 shot, etc.

The yearly fee covers an annual comprehensive panel of labs which include all routine labs along with a host of wellness/preventative labs and hormone studies.
These are the same labs done as the very pricey executive physicals.

Patients have the option of paying for any additional testing such as lab work and imaging either through their insurance or through their HSA at a very reduced, affordable cash price.
